Bee Happiest
Connecting people & pollinators through hands‑on honey bee education

_edited.jpg)
I’m a part‑time, backyard beekeeper who has spent years learning with others. I've spent seasons volunteering across Midwest apiaries, working alongside commercial beekeepers in rural Japan, and now tend to my own European honey bee hives.
I produce honey on a small-scale, but my biggest joy is sharing bees with people, especially kids & young adults: how they communicate and hold ecosystems together.

Why this work matters
Happiness is the way: small, sustainable actions, over time
I am dedicated to accessible practices across: flavorful food and entomology (bugs & bees), especially educating & lived experiences with bees and youth.
I learned from honey bees that introspection & working toward a collective goal enables stronger communities: the hive to thrive. I am curious about what practices fuel long-term happiness.
